Based on a thorough analysis of your needs we collect standard or customized data that allows you to proactively manage your community's sidewalk inventory. The data acquisition is accomplished using proprietary software on a tablet or computer equipped with GPS. We collect data and map locations of all sidewalk defects. This information can be integrated with ortho-photography, or other geographical information using standard GIS software to supply you with a complete picture of your community's sidewalk inventory.

The Sidewalks Plus Management Software allows you to quantify and prioritize your sidewalk rehabilitation projects. Data from Inventory and Condition Assessments is displayed on a GIS layer and when shown with different colors and symbols the system can provide a very convenient visual interpretation of the condition of your communities sidewalk inventory.

Software features allow you to calculate the replacement cost of specific geographic areas. Allowing you to update, delete or add inventory or assessment items, modify, print or save and create customized lists. You can generate customized reports among many other tools that keep you on top of your repair and placement program.

When used with GIS software you can overlay roads, waterlines, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and/or property fabric, providing a convenient way to track all city assets.
